Duns Players will be looking to turn heads when they reprise their take on some of Alan Bennett’s famous works at Greenlaw Memorial Hall tomorrow night.

The players won rave reviews for their performances of ‘A Chip in the Sugar’ and ‘A Lady of Letters’ when they first performed them in 2011 and John Schofield and Christine Sclater are getting ready to reprise their roles of Graham Whittaker and Irene Ruddock.

John commented: “This is a great new, small venue.

“It’s owned and run by the people of Greenlaw and we hope they’ll show their support for it by coming along on the night. We promise them a terrific show.”

Tickets for the 7.30pm show are £5 on the door.
