Author makes an impact at Eyemouth High

Barry Hutchinson, the author for adapting the ‘Ben 10’ TV series into novels for children, held a captive audience at Eyemouth High School last month.

He recalled his childhood tales, how he chose to become an author and from where he found inspiration for his stories. Tales about imaginary friends, squirrels, knocking down old ladies, knocking himself unconscious, being told off for daydreaming in Maths and being sacked from fourteen jobs, all of which proved thoroughly entertaining to the 80 students who hung on his every word.
