Scotland and Guinness PRO12 winning captain Alastair Kellock lead discussions on developing a winning culture with a series of inspirational videos from the Warriors’ 2014/15 European title success.

Former Hawick and Scotland wing Tony Stanger advised clubs to develop their cultures while Scottish Rugby’s Chief Medical Officer, James Robson, discussed the importance of player welfare.

A series of workshops provided clubs with information on how to make the most of their clubhouse, how to improve connections within the community and the development of marketing tools, digital media and volunteer recruitment.
