Wooler were back to their best with this impressive performance against the visitors from Tyneside.
In the first half the Glendale side dominated possession with Bertram and Punton controlling midfield.
Although they were dominating, the home team were struggling to create scoring opportunities.
It was not all one way traffic, however, as although the visitors were defending in numbers their lone striker was making the Wooler defence work.
Wooler got their reward after 35 minutes when McFall was on hand to score with a header from a Punton free kick.
In the second half Wooler continued to press forward and began to create more chances.
The goals finally began to flow and Yeadon, Punton, Bertram and Hunter took their chances.
This was Woolers best performance for months and the midfield duo of Stuart Bertram and Jamie Punton were back to their very best.
The win keeps Wooler in fourth place in the Alliance first division with 34 points, although they have played considerably more games than most of the teams around them.
