Tweedmouth made the long journey up to Tweeddale to face a good division A team in the cup.
Tweedmouth started well playing some nice football in the first 10 minutes, but the home side started to pin Tweedmouth back on the edge of their box and the first goal came from a confusing pass back.
The visitors again kept asking the questions on the counter with Grant Sharpe hitting the crossbar. Tweeddale came again with fine movement off the ball and scored another two.
Tweedmouth came close again with Sharp hitting the crossbar again with another fine strike. Five minutes later Tommy Dixon went agonisinglym but when they failed to get out of the blocks at the start of the second half they conceded another two goals.
Tweedmouth started to grow into the second half and had their fair share of the ball but were unlucky not to score when Ryan Renton, Sharpe and Mark Douglas all went close with their chances.
Tweeddale provided the full package and they proved to be too hard to break down .
