The Dingers started well from the off with an intention to attack which saw Doug Brydon score his first of the season. Not content with dominating play for most of the first half Brydon added a second in the 41st minute to take Duns in at half-time two goals up.
The second half started much the same as the first with the Dingers controlling most of the play.
Duns created a lot of chances to increase the score with the Kelso keeper bringing off several good saves, Brydon had a chance for his hat-trick and further chances from Devaney and Waddell were either well saved or cleared off the line to deny Duns that elusive third goal.
Another positive performance and maximum points from the remainder of games left for this month could see Duns in the mix when it comes to promotion. The last four games of the season are home and away encounters against Peebles and Ormiston who are first and second in the league.
Duns: Tansy, Weatherburn, Renton, McCoull, Windram, Brydon, Robinson, Devaney, Shennan, Stewart, Wales. Subs - Waddell, Lauder, Burns, Ainslie and Beasley.
