The Scot followed up March's UK Open Qualifier win with a fine display at the Barnsley Metrodome, backing up a run to the final of the Rileys Darts Zones UK Open last weekend to take the 6,000 title.
Anderson's form was dominant from the start of the event, when he whitewashed Colin Monk and dropped only three legs in defeats of Jamie Atkins and Alan Tabern.
He then defeated Jamie Caven 6-2 in the last 16, dropped just one leg against Mervyn King in the quarter-finals before coming from behind to beat Justin Pipe 6-4 in the semis.
Anderson kicked off the final with a maximum in taking the opening leg in 13 darts, and finished 100 with two double tops for a 12-darter in taking the second leg.
He added another 180 in winning the third leg, and also won the next two for a 5-0 lead before Walsh finally got off the mark by winning the sixth.
Anderson, though, hit a third 180 of the final in leg seven, and double top for a 13-darter to seal the win.
