As Greenlaw pupil Sam Fisher moves onto Berwickshire High after the summer his fellow pupils wanted to raise money for a charity very dear to Sam’s heart.
Sam suffers from Muscular Atrophy, but never lets it get him down and is a huge inspiration to his fellow pupils. The Jennifer Trust is a charity dedicated to sufferers of this condition so all thought it fitting to support this cause.
A fun day was had by dressing up with the theme of “The Rainforest”, having a wonderful bake sale and the making of a copper snake. This raised £126.35 and from a collection at the Easter Service of £66.70 - gave a grand total of £193.05p.
