An enforcement notice ordering the removal of unauthorised work done in preparation of a pigeon loft being built at 24 Lamberton Holding has been upheld on appeal.

Foundation work, an access road and gate had all been constructed without planning permission, and Scottish Borders Council ordered that the land be reinstated.

Reinstatment had been ordered within one month but this was revised, on appeal, to give the applicant two months to undo the work.
