Borders MP Michael Moore has completed his annual summer advice surgeries during which he visited over 50 local towns and villages in the Borders.
Mr Moore said:“My summer advice surgeries are one of the highlights of my work as Borders MP.
“During the fortnight of surgeries, a huge range of issues and concerns have been brought to my attention and I will ensure that I deal with each of them as soon as possible.
“Two key issues that were raised on several occasions were wind farms and the cumulative effect they are having on the Borders, and the state of local roads in terms of potholes, road safety and speeding.
“I will be meeting with senior officials very soon to ensure that the concerns of my constituents on these issues are heard loud and clear.”
