The entrance of the Berwick venue is currently adorned with a banner publicising the former Eyemouth High School student's quest to take the title along with all her voting details, and she took her promotion one step further by appearing at the club on Saturday, February 6.
By the time she made her grand entrance the club was packed with revellers and Lynn-Marie obviously made an impression as following her appearance, her Facebook fan page attracted 200 fans in just a few days.
She said: "There were a few technical glitches to begin with but all in all it went really well. As is to be expected in a nightclub at 12.30 in the morning most people were a bit drunk but I got a lot of good feedback.
"In my day job people are used to seeing me quite covered up, but I had tiny hot pants on for the appearance and I got lots of compliments on my legs which was a good confidence boost.
"Obviously, drunk people have a short attention span but the people in Cashmere did seem genuinely interested and a lot of them took my card with my voting details on and said they'd support me."
It's been a busy few weeks for Lynn-Marie as she gears up for the catwalk final of Top Model UK at the end of March, where she will compete in the Commercial category alongside 24 other hopefuls.
With a prize of a modelling contract with London-based Impact agency and a holiday to Milan up for grabs, Lynn-Marie has been pulling out all the stops, taking part in a number of photo shoots to boost her portfolio.
And she said she hasn't been afraid to try some new ideas out.
Lynn-Marie continued: "I have to say a really big thank you to Charlotte Ross. She's a trainee photographer and has given up a lot of her time to help me with some photoshots.
"I've been doing some bikini shots which is a first for me and I've also done a few that are like jeans adverts. Probably the most interesting one I've done was at Goswick beach last weekend.
"I did a shot with a horse but it was absolutely freezing and my hands and feet were bright red so it didn't turn out as well as I hoped."
Lynn-Marie is in regular contact with Top Model UK producer Geoff Cox and can also keep in touch with her fellow contestants via a special internal message board.
She has also just received word about a special challenge for the final. All the constestants have been told they must model a trenchcoat but put their own spin on it.
And Lynn-Marie definitely isn't short of inspiration and is hoping her customised jacket will impress the judges.
"I've got my jacket now I've just got to add my own touches to it. I'm thinking of wearing it with black lace gloves and pearls and then attaching a petticoat underneath to give it a classic look.
"With so many girls in my category it's important to stand out and I hope the judges will be sit up and take notice."
Lynn Marie will join up with her fellow models this weekend for some catwalk training and in the meantime you can get behind her by texting MODEL 62 to 88010 and becoming a fan of her Facebook page- 'Support Your Local TOP MODEL UK 2010 Grand Finalist - Lynn-Marie Fital'.
Lynn-Marie would like to thank Charlotte Ross, the staff at Bella B, Cashmere, Shiel and Morrison and Vital Signs for all their help.
