As a result of the grants (from Awards for All, Blackhill Community Windfarm and The Daisy Chain Trust) the decoration of the nursery has been updated and new outdoor play equipment purchased.

Kim Thumwood, nursery manager, said: “The new equipment has been a great success. The children are developing lots of new skills while having great fun! The entire Nursery Community have noticed the difference in our lovely bright airy nursery, making it a lovely place to be. The children and staff are very grateful for these grants.”

In August Fogo Nursery celebrates its 40th anniversary and is keen to hear from past pupils, parents and trustees. Please contact Nikki Renton on 07891 261015 or email [email protected]
