Coldingham pupils hold school farmers’ market

Enterprising Coldingham Primary School pupils are holding a farmers’ market on Wednesday, June 24, from 1.30-3.30pm in Coldingham school hall.

Primary 5/6/7 pupils will be selling their CPS Sales friendship bracelets, tea light jars and candles they have made, and local businesses will also be there including; The Bread Shed, Peelham Farm Butchers, Silver Republic, Jarvis Pickle Catering, My Coldingham Kitchen and Giacopazzi’s Ice Cream

“I think it’s going to be awesome,” says Merryn, a salesperson from Primary 5.

“I think it’s a great way to get good skills for the future and I’m looking forward to the big day,” added chief executive, Hannah.

Evie, a saleperson from Primary 6 said: “I think it’s really good to have real businesses because it will help us prepare for if we have our own business when we are grown up.”
