Church venue for Lifeboat Carol Concert

EYEMOUTH Lifeboat Station’s annual carol concert will be held in Eyemouth Parish Church on Sunday, December 9, starting at 6.30pm.

Conductor this year is Neil Butterworth with Julian Bonia at the organ and Brass-on-Tweed led by Diana Harris.

The audience will be welcomed by the Rev Andrew Haddow, the new parish church minister.

Among those entertaining on the night will be Pipe Major Andrew Ainslie, Eyemouth Fishermen’s Choir, Eyemouth High School Choir, drama teacher Andrea Thacker, Carly Robertson, Chloe Wightman, Mickael Alexander, Eyemouth High School Glee Group, Eyemouth Lifeboat crew and friends and William Douglas-Home.

Prior to the Fanfare the audience will be addressed by Eyemouth’s honorary Provost Jo Pawley.

The evening will come to a close with the choirs and the audience singing ‘Eternal Father, Strong To Save’.

Tickets for the concert are priced £4 (at the door) and children 12 and under are admitted free.
