A 76-year-old man is to stand trial accused of supplying cannabis across Scotland.
Denis McAinsh is set to face trial at Dundee Sheriff Court, accused of dealing in the class B drug over a period of more than a year.
He faces an allegation that between August 1, 2013 and September 19, 2014 at addresses including Dundee, the M90 near Glenfarg, Perthshire, Berwick Railway station and others unknown, he was concerned in the supply of cannabis.
McAinsh, 76, of Garthland Drive, Glasgow, pleaded not guilty to the charges on indictment.
Fiscal depute Saima Rasheed said: “We anticipate the trial will last two two-and-a-half days.”
Sheriff Lorna Drummond QC continued the case to a sheriff and jury trial assize later this month.
