HOSPITAL PLANS: Borders Health Board are searching for a site for an interim day hospital in Eyemouth. Good quality portakabins are to be transferred from Peel Hospital, after its closure, to Eyemouth for use in the development in 1989/90. Meanwhile, the Board is to provide for additional consultant clinic accommodation on land adjacent to the Health Centre and an interim geriatric day hospital in the former school.
