John's beautiful and intricate carvings are collected and exhibited throughout the country. This exhibition shows a cross section of John's work and gives an insight into this fascinating craft.

John trained in the late 1960s at West Sussex college of Art, Bretton Hall Arts College in Yorkshire and later as a post graduate student at London University.

After many years in special education working specifically with adolescent boys and girls with emotional and behavioural difficulties, John now concentrates full time on his craftwork.
