In collaboration with award-winning director and script writer Josh Baker-Mendoza and Cirque du Soleil magician Simon West, Nathan Johnston has created a world of trickery, revenge and drama.

Sleight of Hands brings the world of dance, magic and film together with the use of narrative, text and physical movement, taking the audience on a rollercoaster journey of illusion and suspense.

Choreographer Nathan Johnston said: “I have always been fascinated and excited by films that have a clever plot twist. I wanted to explore how this would work on stage using contemporary dance, in a sense to create a dance thriller. Plot twists require detailed and careful story telling so I decided to work collaboratively across art forms in order to enhance the story.
