Flanders Fields at Etal

Coope, Boyes and Simpson are bringing their acclaimed show ‘In Flanders Fields’ to Etal Village Hall on Saturday, May 17.

‘In Flanders Fields’ takes its name from the famous poem written by John McCrae who was killed near Ypres in the first world war. It brings together eye-witness accounts of the war, contemporary poetry and songs, and songs written for Peace Concerts Passendale, the arts organisation based in Flanders.
