Get ready to embrace Disney to the max if you’re heading to The Maltings this weekend as there’s a show in town which is bound to have you singing and dancing along.

The curtain will go up on The Maltings Junior Youth Theatre’s production of ‘High School Musical’ on Friday night, with a further two performances on Saturday and a matinee on Sunday.

Leading the cast as Troy and Gabriella are Berwickshire youngsters Ryan Garden and Susanna McEwen and they will be joined by youngsters from both sides of the border in the supporting roles.

Liberty Holloway and Corey Learmonth will play diva siblings Sharpay and Ryan while Siobhan Bankier and Sam Rogers will play Taylor and Chad respectively.

Tickets are still available for all performances.
