The son of a famous musician went down a storm at his recent gig in Paxton.
Peter Donegan arrived at The Cross Inn last bank holiday and received a rousing reception for a packed crowd who gathered to see him.
He performed some of his own songs as well as classics by his late father Lonnie.
It was Peter’s last full gig in the UK before emigrating to the USA but he’s already in the diary for a return to The Cross next spring.
And before then the pub will welcome American delta blues player Kent Duchaine who is journeying over from Alabama on Sunday, June 8.
