Amy Winehouse, Paul Weller and Frank Sinatra are all starring at the Watchtower in Tweedmouth thanks to Newcastle artist David Baird and his new exhibition.

The curtain will go up on David’s collection in style on Saturday night with concert featuring a host of local musicians, including Mark Dickinson, one of the subjects of his paintings.

Another stunned subject of David’s art is Watchtower curator Kate Stephenson (pictured) whose image will hang alongside some real legends of music.

Saturday’s concert, which also includes appearances from Mark Reid , Ian Thompson, and Kirsty Jamieson amongst others, will raise money for Mayor of Berwick, Isobel Hunter’s charities.

Entry is £6 with doors opening at 7.30pm. There’s a warm up gig in The Thatch from 7pm.
