Despite the sun finally shining last weekend, members of Berwick Rowing

Club stayed indoors, to be precise in the foyer of Morrison’s Supermarket.

Berwick rowers were attempting to row the entire 97 mile 156,000 metre length of the River Tweed on two concept 2 rowing machines.

With indoor rowing world record holder Phil Craze and Berwick Amy Faragher (both pictured above) lending their support. Team A were the quickest, but their combined time was 11 hours, 6 minutes, 6 seconds. Berwick ARC wishes to thank Morrison’s and their customers for helping raise £725 for club funds
