Robyn Harvey of Duns Tennis Club was in top form in the 2015 Junior Confined Tennis Tournament winning no less than four events.

The tournament, held at the Borders Tennis Centre, attracted a big entry with players representing 12 tennis clubs throughout the Borders from Berwick to West Linton.

It was a brilliant performance by Robyn who won the 14 and 16 girls singles, the 14 mixed doubles and the 16 girls doubles titles and was runner-up in the 14 girls doubles.

Hawick’s Harris Brogan managed to win five titles - the 12 and 14 boys singles and doubles plus the 16 boys doubles.

Great achievements from both these very promising youngsters.

The tournament committee thanks Stark Main and Co for generously sponsoring this event for a second year, the Borders Sport and Leisure Trust, Selkirk LTC and the Borders Tennis Centre for the use of their facilities, all of the players who conducted themselves so well and played so sportingly and competitively throughout, and all others who helped in any way to make this tournament so successful.
