During the matinee event, local children, accompanied by a parent, will have the chance to meet the Eyemouth darts legend when he takes on World Youth Champion Michael ‘Bully Boy’ Smith, at the same venue, in a match to raise money for Cash for Kids.

Doors open at 12 noon and for VIPs there will be a meet and greet with the players and a light snack of homemade stovies and a award wining pie from Wylies butchers in Kelso (1pm-2pm) there are only 26 tickets (2 tables) available for this section.

Tickets for the other section are £20 for adults and £10 for kids. Entry for this section is 2pm and children (aged from 10-17) must be accompanied by a adult. One lucky youngster will also get the chance to play World Champ Anderson on stage. Following this each player will take on the talent of the Gala only darts league before playing a head to head Scotland v England match, again with a piper & drummer leading Gary onto the stage.

Scottish Darts Exhibitions has assured Borders organiser, Kevin Green, that the World Championship trophy will be there for people to see.
