DUNS rally driver Garry Pearson attended the Motor Sports Association’s prestigious Night of Champions ceremony on Saturday evening at the Royal Automobile Club in London, where he collected his 2012 MSA British Junior Rally Championship Trophy.

Le Mans 24 Hour winner David Brabham presented 21-year-old Pearson with his award in front of an audience of distinguished guests, including his fellow British motor sport champions from 2012.

Garry told The Berwickshire News: “It was a brilliant night, a great way to top off an excellent year and fantastic to be in the company of other Champions such as British Touring Car Champion Gordon Shedden”

Colin Hilton, MSA chief executive, said: “It was terrific to see Garry receive his trophy at the Night of Champions, which represents the Motor Sports Association’s opportunity to honour all those who excelled in their chosen motor sport discipline last year to be crowned an MSA British Junior Rally Champion.”
