VIDEO: Alstrom hosts fire service emergency exercise

Chirnside paper plant Ahlstrom joined forces with the fire and rescue service to host a major training exercise on Monday night.

The simulation, designed to represent a major incident on an industrial site which required emergency service intervention, was the first to be held in the Borders since the former Lothian and Borders Fire and Rescue Service became the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service on April 1.
