NHS Borders Director of Nursing and Midwifery is taking on a new challenge and new role with NHS 24.
Calum Campbell, chief executive said: “I am pleased to announce that Sheena Wright, NHS Borders’ director of nursing and midwifery, has been successfully appointed to the post of director of nursing and care with NHS 24.
“We wish her all the very best in this new role and I would like to take this opportunity to thank her for the work she has done and the commitment she has shown to NHS Borders.”
Sheena Wright, said, “I am delighted to be given this exciting opportunity and I am very much looking forward to working for NHS 24 and contributing to the delivery of quality health care.”
As director of nursing and care at NHS 24 - Scotland’s national Telehealth and Telecare organisation, Sheena takes over from Eunice Muir who is retiring after ten years with NHS 24.
