Lothian and Borders Police have been clamping down on drug use in licensed premises in Dunbar.
Spot checks on pubs and clubs have been carried out by community police officers during the festive period to ensure they are a safe place for staff and customers.
The most recent round of checks were carried out on Hogmanay and while no offences were detected, there was evidence of drug use in one High Street pub.
Local licensees are fully supportive of the initiative which will continue to run.
