Staff at the National Museum of Flight at East Fortune are encouraging the public to visit the attraction’s Concorde exhibit in the coming weeks as the iconic aircraft celebrates a number of significant anniversaries.

Thursday, September 26, marks 40 years since Concorde’s record-breaking first non-stop transatlantic crossing from the USA and October 24 will mark a decade since the aircraft’s last commercial flight, with the 10th anniversary of the final time Concorde ever took to the skies taking place just a month later on November 26.
