Drop-in sessions at Duns and Eyemouth

Scottish Borders Business Gateway is hosting monthly drop-in sessions across the Borders including Duns and Eyemouth.

Launched this month (May), the sessions will be run by a business adviser who will be on hand to answer any questions people may have regarding launching and establishing a business.

Running from 10am to 2pm, the drop-ins, which have been funded by the European Regional Development Fund, will take place every month until September.

Locations include: Eyemouth on the second Tuesday of each month in the Community Centre, Albert Road; Duns on the third Monday of each month at Duns Community Centre, Station Road.

Phil McCreadie, Business Gateway manager, said: “These sessions allow us to take our expertise out to people living across the region who may be thinking about starting a business or are in the early stages of getting started.

“No matter if they need help with their business plan or are looking for information on finance, our advisers will be able to guide them on all aspects of running a business. We’ll also be able to signpost them to further assistance and workshops that will help them get started and grow.”
