BARK news

OUR market place event on Saturday 20th October looks set to be a fantastic event. The range of stalls is excellent looking an ideal start to Christmas shopping. More details next week.

In the meantime, we would appreciate any donations of items for tombola prizes. Any items can be taken to our shop (please mark fundraising) or the kennels. Thank you.

The improvements on the old kennel block are on schedule to finish in early November. If you came to our open day you will have seen the openings to the dogs’ outside runs have been increased in size. This will give us the flexibility to put any size dog in any kennel. Once the tiling is done and the covers replaced we will all be snug and ready for winter.

Can you believe Kim will have been with us three consecutive Christmases this year? Someome must know someone who would be ideal for Kim? She will need time to get to know a new owner but it will be time well spent.

Penny is almost in her teens and a very loving German Shepherd cross collie. She loves her bed, can be left for short periods and enjoys being out and about. Can you offer her a retirement home?

We still have lots of cats as well as a couple of black kittens, Waffy and Ebony. A lovely purry pair that we would like to be kept together but could go separately.

We have a few rabbits as well a four female guineas and one male. We would like to rehome the boy with a surrogate brother and the girls as pairs.
