Lots of kittens ready and waiting for new homes this weekend

There has been a change in date for our Annual General Meeting to Wednesday, November 13. More details to follow.

We have had lots of kittens brought in over the last week. All black or black with some white and most of them will be ready to go to their new homes from this weekend. They are all friendly and can go in pairs or singly.

Other black and white cats are Bruno and Paws who are a pair of one-year-olds and both affectionate and always ready for a chat.

Poodles who is around six has a very inquisitive nature and a rather round waist line while there is Jess who, let’s just say has an interesting personality like her kennel companion Flower, whose coat is the most unusual colours.

We have two tabby and white cats, six year old Tigger who just wants to be with you and Robert a young kitten who had had no handling when he came in but is coming on well.

Robert would need a quiet home with someone who will continue to work with him to bring out his true personality.

Whispa is a slightly long haired ginger tabby, around four who loves to be groomed and finally Ziggy, who is an older girl and has had a recent bout of ill health but is recovered now and would enjoy a new home as an only pet.

Blue, two, and a long haired collie needs a home, initially with adults only, that will give him the time to adapt to the hustle and bustle of his new life. A more rewarding dog will be difficult to come by.

We are having a kennel open day next Sunday, October 20 between 10.30am and 1pm.

Real Bean Coffee will be providing us with refreshments and there will be the opportunity to see around the kennels, meet all the animals and see what plans we have for the future. It would be great to see you there.

Our shop on Church Street in Berwick would be pleased to hear from you if you could spare a few hours a week to help.

Please give them a ring on 01289 309225.
